"As we are approaching the end of autumn and heading into winter, Japan begins to feel different to me. We start to crave warm drinks again, note the early sunsets and move more inside. In my teaching, students start to become more interested in reading, playing indoor games and developing their own personal interests. Winter in Japan can be a great time to really study a new topic and take some time to understand how you learn, as well as what is worth learning. I hope you have a wonderful winter time and appreciate the benefits of this quiet, introspective time."
